I’m Vo Hoang Huy. I’ve just completed the Computer Science (Honors Program) at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology - Vietnam National University and will officially graduate in November 2026. I was born in Nga Bay City, Hau Giang Province, now part of Can Tho, in the vibrant Mekong Delta region of Vietnam.

I’ve always (hope so) had a soft spot for math. Back in my school days, I joined several provincial competitions and actually did pretty well. When I stepped into university, I became interested in Artificial Intelligence and its applications in real life. Now, my interest lies right where AI meets the artistic. As someone who loves thrifting and all things vintage, I’m fascinated by building technology that understands not just data, but the beauty, nostalgia, and character behind it.

Currently, I’m working as an AI Engineer at Cake by VPBank, one of the leading digital-only banks in Vietnam. I’m part of the computer vision team, where I work on projects related to biometric identification and authentication systems.
